Job Description:

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of  light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems

• Install HVAC components and systems as needed

• Replace parts and calibrate system controls

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required

• HVAC Technician license (where applicable in NYC/NYS) preferred

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (commercial)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and testing equipment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-Time: Flexible hours (may include evenings or weekends)
