Handyman
Job Description:
The Part-Time Handyman will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in commercial settings. The ideal candidate should have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic repair work.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations as needed
Patch, paint, and repair walls and surfaces
Assemble furniture, repair doors, windows, and flooring
Perform basic carpentry and troubleshooting tasks
Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards
Communicate effectively with clients and office staff
Maintain tools, materials, and work area in a clean and safe condition
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule:
Part-time position (flexible hours — approximately 20–25 hours per week)
Some weekend or evening availability may be required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
