Position Overview:
The Part-Time Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate should have experience working independently, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial settings

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Ensure compliance with NEC, NYC electrical codes, and company safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors

• Perform service calls and small projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid New York City Electrical License or equivalent field experience under a licensed electrician

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience (commercial)

• Knowledge of NYC and NEC electrical codes

• Ability to use electrical tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

• Part-time position (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
