Position Overview:
The Part-Time Electrician will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for various projects in the Bronx area. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial settings

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper operation of systems and components

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and local electrical codes

• Collaborate with supervisors, apprentices, and clients to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State driver’s license (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (commercial)

• Knowledge of NYC electrical codes and safety regulations

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• OSHA certification is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

• Part-time (Flexible hours; weekdays and/or weekends depending on project needs)

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
