Job Description

As a Part-Time Electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for a variety of projects. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all work meets safety standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures

• Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Electrical License (preferred or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 2 years of commercial electrical experience

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
