Position Overview:

The Part-Time Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (sinks, toilets, pipes, water heaters, etc.)

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards

• Collaborate with other technicians and electricians on combined projects

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Plumbing License (preferred or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (commercial)

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-Time Position (flexible schedule; weekday and/or weekend availability preferred)

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
