Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Handyman to join our team in the Bronx. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of maintenance, repair, and light construction skills. You will assist with small repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks at commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks (painting, drywall repair, minor carpentry, etc.)

• Handle small installations and fixture replacements

• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous handyman or maintenance experience required

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Bronx

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time position (flexible hours, approximately 20–25 hours per week)

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
