Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial electrical systems, and a commitment to safety and professionalism. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities for additional work as our projects expand.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial settings

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure code compliance

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams

• Install lighting, wiring, outlets, panels, and other electrical components

• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience (residential or commercial)

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NYC building codes

• Ability to work safely and efficiently

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Must have own basic hand tools (company provides specialty tools as needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

• NYS Electrical License or equivalent experience
  
  Schedule:

• Part-time (flexible hours based on workload)

• Weekday availability required; occasional weekends possible
