Job Description:

The Part-Time Plumber will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for commercial clients in Manhattan. This position is ideal for an experienced plumber looking for flexible hours and steady, ongoing work with a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance (fixtures, pipes, water lines, drains, etc.)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in commercial buildings

• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components

• Ensure all work complies with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards

• Collaborate with electricians and other team members on multi-trade projects

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, professional work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid NYC plumbing license or relevant certification required

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (commercial)

• Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Reliable transportation to job sites in Manhattan

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
