Job Description

The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and light construction tasks commercial properties. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, drywall,

• Assist with small installations and remodeling projects

• Diagnose and troubleshoot repair issues efficiently

• Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner

• Communicate clearly with clients and office staff regarding project updates and needs

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role

• Basic knowledge of, carpentry, and general repair work

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours; some weekday and weekend availability may be required)
