Job Description:
As a part-time handyman, you will assist with a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for commercial properties. The ideal candidate is skilled, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance including carpentry, painting, and other handyman tasks.

• Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Communicate effectively with the supervisor and clients regarding tasks and project status.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

• Basic knowledge of  carpentry, and general maintenance.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Must have valid NY driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours (specific schedule to be discussed).
